A Personal Approach to Adult ADHD Therapy and Assessment
Our Founder's Story:
Dr. Sara Tookey, our founder and lead psychologist, knows firsthand the transformative power of an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood. Her personal journey led her to create the service she wished had existed when she was seeking answers.
I know all about the frustration of long NHS waiting lists and the limitations of quick, impersonal private assessments and support. I know we deserve better. That's why I've developed a service that offers more than just a 'yes' or 'no' diagnosis. A service that tailors therapy and support to the unique individuals we serve.
