Gemma offers a warm, non-judgmental approach to help people relate differently to challenges surrounding their physical and mental health. Gemma describes how, "by developing skills to help step back and make space for some discomfort in life, we can allow more time and energy for the things that matter most to us (our values)". Sessions with Gemma are aimed at developing psychological flexibility, discovering more ‘workable’ ways of relating to an experience.

She works with a range of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness and compassion-focused therapy (CFT).

Gemma has a specialism in psychedelic-assisted therapy and harm-reduction, and has supported many individuals involved in psychedelic clinical research trials and works as an integration therapist in private practice.
