What Your Fee Covers
By attending therapy with us, you help make our Cooperative Therapy model possible — around 10% of our clients come from low-income or disadvantaged communities, receiving specialist support at low cost or on a payment plan. Learn more about our Cooperative Therapy.

Every session draws on years of specialist clinical training and experience.
Preparation & administration
Time spent preparing for and following up on your sessions outside the room. Additional reports beyond what's included are charged a separate admin fee.
Materials & assessment resources
Materials used in sessions, along with the licensing of psychometric assessments and tools used in your assessment.
Registrations & background checks
Registration with professional bodies and regular enhanced criminal record checks with the Disclosure & Barring Service.
Insurance & professional standards
Professional liability insurance, plus continuing professional development — ongoing training, conferences and study.

Insurance
We're not currently set up to bill insurers directly. Some insurance providers agree to reimburse clients directly for session fees paid to us.
Our therapists are recognised providers for Aviva, AXA Health and Cigna Healthcare.
