FREE Therapist Matching Service:

​Our complimentary therapist matching service is designed to help you connect with the most suitable psychologist for your needs. See our booking page for more details.

FREE Discovery Call with our TNP Associate Practitioners' Therapist: 

  • ​We offer free 15-30 minute consultations with our experienced and highly specialised team of associate psychologists.

  • Purpose: To address your questions and determine if we're the right fit for your specific needs.

  • If we are not the right service to meet your needs we will do our best to provide an onward referral.

FREE Adult ADHD/Autism/AuDHD Assessment Screening Call:​

  • A 15 minute screening call with Dr Sara Tookey, our expert adult ADHD assessing psychologist.

  • Purpose: To address your questions and ensure we're the right service for you.

  • You're welcome to bring a support person.

Assessments:

​Comprehensive Psychological Assessment:  Price varies - priced at hourly rate for clinician

  • 90 -200 minutes

  • Purpose: To gather information to develop a comprehensive understanding of a person's difficulties.

  • Assessment report and recommended treatment plan is provided.

Adult ADHD Assessment:  £1250

  • Up to 3 hours (can be spread across multiple sessions) with clinician in assessment meeting.

  • Involves: Developmental history, observational Interview, ruling out of other mental health or neurodivergent conditions.

  • Diagnostic assessment for adult ADHD and identification of related conditions

  • Includes up to 10 hours of clinician time.​​​​

Adult Autism Assessment:  £1650

  • Up to 3.5 hours (can be spread across multiple sessions) with clinician in assessment meeting.

  • Involves: Developmental history, observational Interview, ruling out of other mental health or neurodivergent conditions.

  • Diagnostic assessment for Autism and identification of related conditions

  • Includes up to 12 hours of clinician time.​​​​

Comprehensive Neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism) Assessment:  £2150 

  • Up to 4.5 hours (can be spread across multiple sessions) with clinician in assessment meeting.

  • Involves: Developmental history, observational Interview, ruling out of other mental health or neurodivergent conditions.

  • Diagnostic assessment for ADHD and Autism (AuDHD) in adulthood, including identification of related conditions

  • Includes up to 15 hours of clinician time​​​​

Therapy, Coaching & Support Sessions

Therapy sessions: 

Associate Psychologists: £120 - £140 (dependent on therapist experience) - see our therapist bio pages to view individual therapist rates

Clinical Director Psychologist £155 

  • Typically 50 minutes in duration (can differ by approach or focus of therapy)

  • Focus on your individual goals for therapy.​ 

  • Ask about our discounted therapy package rates

Integration therapy: Same as our therapy rates (see above)

  • Typically 50 minutes in duration and focus on preparation/integration of experiences with non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Relationship(s)/Couples therapy:​ £190 - £280 (depending on therapist's experience and duration of session)

Neurodivergence and ADHD Coaching:​ £410 for package of 4 sessions

Supervision, Advisory, Training and Consultancy

1:1 Clinical Supervision / Reflective Practice: A number of our psychologists also offer Clinical Supervision to mental health and other allied healthcare professionals.

Training, Consultations and Workshops/Webinars: on request​

  • These are made bespoke for each client, therefore fees vary.

Breakdown of fees in therapy

  • Therapy Cooperative: By attending therapy you make it possible for those who would otherwise not be able to afford to attend a highly specialist psychological service to receive the help they need from our service. 15% of our clients are from low-income/ disadvantaged communities

  • Therapist’s clinical skill, 13 years of training and experience

  • Prep & administration outside of sessions (additional reports will be charged an admin fee)

  • Materials and resources used in sessions

  • Registrations with professional bodies

  • Regular enhanced criminal record checks with the Disclosure & Barring Service

  • Licensing of psychometric assessments & tools

  • Professional liability insurance

  • Continuing professional development, including ongoing training, conferences & study

  • Expert supervision

Insurance

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently not open to payment via insurance. We are continuing to take on clients who insurance companies agreed to repay reimburse clients directly for session fees.

 

Our therapists are a Recognised Providers for:  Aviva, AXA Health, Cigna Healthcare.
