Noosheen Lotfi

Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Pluralistic Counsellor, Neurodiversity-affirming Assessor & Counselling Psychology Doctorate Candidate

Noosheen Lotfi is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Mental Health and Pluralistic Counsellor currently completing her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at the University of Roehampton. She brings over a decade of clinical experience across NHS crisis, CAMHS, and community mental health settings, alongside specialist expertise in neurodevelopmental assessment.

Noosheen's background spans inpatient and community work with children, young people, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, from acute crisis presentations to complex, longer-term needs. She has a particular interest in the intersections of culture, identity, and psychological wellbeing, and is committed to offering therapy that is genuinely tailored to the whole person, not just their presenting difficulties.
